Gemma An excellent employee I had a problem at the weekend in trying to make a payment for three hampers I telephoned and spoke to Gemma who was very courteous patient and proffessional in trying to sort out the problem and re order the items Some which were not classed as Christmas hampers and therefore did not attract the discount Throughout the very complex and involved call which called for her to speak to I T and liaise with me she demonstrated excellent communication skills and the issue was resolved She is a credit to Hampers.com and goes the extra mile in dealing with any issue in a courteous and professional manner
