I chose to purchase from Hampers.com based on reviews and the great assortment and variety of “treats”. I’ve just heard from our friends that they were so thrilled to receive them and that they couldn’t wait to indulge. Ordering was easy : shipping was quick and I was kept informed about the order right up to the delivery to the doorstep . Fantastic service and I’ll be back next year to do it again . United Kingdom | 08 December 2023Purchasers should be aware that you only have a 15 minute window for changes/cancellations. The only way to cancel after this point is via refusal of the delivery which when you are sending to another address is difficult to arrange. For these reasons I'll not order from hampers.com again as I think this inflexibility in their processes is a big negative from a customer experience perspective

I found the online ordering simple and easy to use I loved they used envri courriers who kept in touch with the movement timing and delivery photo proof and signature. Great service.

I complained and a lovely lady named Nicole called to rectify the issue. Hampers.com not only refunded me, they arrange my hamper to be resent free of charge. Amazing customer service. Literally the best I have ever come across. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Thank you Nicole.

Hampers.com were very apologetic and immediately dispatched another one with no quibbles at all. Their employee Zain was fast at sorting out the problem and put the situation right.

Both of them went far and beyond trying to take care of the delivery problem due to the Parcel Service inability to locate the address that I provided. I am located in the USA and have used Hampers.com for over 6 years for my friend's Christmas present in Cornwall. Every year was perfect delivery and Hampers were great until this year. After days of non delivery and confusion due to Parcel Delivery company inability to locate actual address I had to finally cancel the whole purchase. Steve and Loubna were totally understanding with my problem and took care of cancelation immediately. Hampers must find a better parcel/delivery service as I see several complaints in these reviews concerning poor or non existant delivery.

I have to say I have tried you again this year and the parcels have already arrived, so I can safely continue with my other orders and hope you are successful with these orders?
