Ordering and delivery went without a hitch from start to finish. I received regular updates on the progress of the packing and delivery of the parcel.

I’m in Canada and ordered two hampers as Christmas surprises for friends in England . I chose to purchase from Hampers.com based on reviews and the great assortment and variety of “treats”. I’ve just heard from our friends that they were so thrilled to receive them and that they couldn’t wait to indulge. Ordering was easy : shipping was quick and I was kept informed about the order right up to the delivery to the doorstep . Fantastic service and I’ll be back next year to do it again . Easy to order, multiple delivery addresses with multiple messages, and delivered quickly. Constant updates and quick responses to a query I had! I can't fault it. I will be back next Christmas.

It was easy to select and place the order I was looking for gifts with cheese but without alkohol Find just one (may be more options for the future)

Purchasers should be aware that you only have a 15 minute window for changes/cancellations. The only way to cancel after this point is via refusal of the delivery which when you are sending to another address is difficult to arrange. For these reasons I'll not order from hampers.com again as I think this inflexibility in their processes is a big negative from a customer experience perspective

The hamper was ordered for a family member for Christmas, they were very happy on receiving the tea hamper. I found the online ordering simple and easy to use I loved they used envri courriers who kept in touch with the movement timing and delivery photo proof and signature. Great service.

Arranged a name-day delivery for 07/12/23, my item was not received by DPD so they could not deliver it. I complained and a lovely lady named Nicole called to rectify the issue. Hampers.com not only refunded me, they arrange my hamper to be resent free of charge. Amazing customer service. Literally the best I have ever come across. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Thank you Nicole.

The hampers are excellent and well worth the money. The courier service lost one of the two I bought. Hampers.com were very apologetic and immediately dispatched another one with no quibbles at all. Their employee Zain was fast at sorting out the problem and put the situation right.

Many thanks to Steve and Loubna in Customer service. Both of them went far and beyond trying to take care of the delivery problem due to the Parcel Service inability to locate the address that I provided. I am located in the USA and have used Hampers.com for over 6 years for my friend's Christmas present in Cornwall. Every year was perfect delivery and Hampers were great until this year. After days of non delivery and confusion due to Parcel Delivery company inability to locate actual address I had to finally cancel the whole purchase. Steve and Loubna were totally understanding with my problem and took care of cancelation immediately. Hampers must find a better parcel/delivery service as I see several complaints in these reviews concerning poor or non existant delivery.

Well I dont know whether you can remember the disaster you made of my orders last Christmas, eventually my nephew got his Christmas parcel at the end of January. I have to say I have tried you again this year and the parcels have already arrived, so I can safely continue with my other orders and hope you are successful with these orders?
