Excellent customer service after Evri failed to deliver the order, replacing the hamper with one delivered by DPD. Would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t used Evri in the first place.

I have just received a chocolate hamper from them. For £38, there are only 6 small items! I could buy similar for less than £15 in my local supermarket. I cannot yet comment on the quality of the products, just that this seems way too expensive and I feel cheated. I have emailed their Customer Services and I am willing not to return the hamper, if they are willing and able to send some more products to make it worth this amount of money. This has now been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. The Customer Services dept were swift to deal with it and very helpful. Thank you.

The Hamper arrived on time and as described. We are repeat Customers because of the care and attention to detail. The arrangement with DPB was also impressive. It was a "Welcome to your new home" hamper and it arrived on the due date, BUT before our son and new wife. The parcel was left safely with a next door Neighbour, what a great safe way to leave a Hamper and meet the new Neighbour. Thank for for the perfect service.

We received a gift of 2 Hamlet hampers(boxes) on the 10th of October 2023 from a friend. Box is fine, food looks okay, but two items have past best before dates. 1) Edinburgh Ground Coffee- 30 Sept 2023 2) Hamlet Belgian chocolate assortment- 16 Sept 2023 Obviously, the packers didn’t check before posting them. They asked us to review the hamper which I did but wouldn’t accept my 2 rating review. Tried several times and after many tries I hope the last one went.

Blown away! If Carlsberg did Hampers, Customer Service and professional people!! I don’t know where to start! I ordered a Hamper as a gift for a kind passer by that helped my daughter after writing her car off courtesy of a Stag on a rampage ( animal kinda stag!). The hamper was attempted to be delivered 3 times and was returned to Hampers.com who immediately contacted me and offered impeccable communication and assistance in getting the Hamper to where it needed to be. I was unhappy that I ordered a hamper for my sister's birthday with the BIRTHDAY10 discount, but could not find anywhere on the ordering page to add the discount or the date I wanted the hamper delivered. Consequently I did not get the order discounted. The hamper was delivered two days early, so the surprise was lost. This has happened to me before, please could you sort it out and let me have my discounts? Thank you.

The hampers are very nice for my festive greeting for my friends. They love a lot! However, there are 2 missing hampers before the Christmas that out of my expectation, Finally I can have my refund on March. That's great and I will order in Hampers.com again
