Lovely hamper as a thank you gift for my family

I accidentally put the wrong house number for delivery. Once I discovered this Hampers were very quick to respond and progress the situation. It was successfully resolved

I had a great experience of exceptional customer service from Steve from Hampers.com. I had a last minute address change to make and Steve made this all possible by stepping in quickly to ensure it was resolved. I didn't think it would be possible at such short notice but luckily this was all done very smoothly.

Customer service is non existent.

The order was delivered promptly and on time for a birthday gift and the recipient was delighted with the contents of the hamper. I have used Hampers.com for several years and they have always come through with their gift hampers and delivery. Highly recommended.

Swift service

Not my first hamper from hampers.com, but the first time i have needed to contact them for support. When i ordered this one i forgot to change from my default address. Although the hamper was well on its way by the time i noticed, Steve at hampers.com soon sorted everything out for me. Hamper arrived with my Mother the next day and she was delighted. Very quick delivery of a lovely hamper for my sister in laws 50th

My Son is in the Army so we don’t get to see him very often, but he sent us a cream tea hamper from Hampers.com for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. Unfortunately the shortbread biscuits were all crushed inside their box, but still tasted yummy. The scones, jam and cream arrived fresh and tasted gorgeous. The box is lovely too. A fab gift sent via DPD.

So far, my experience has been great! Nice selection of gifts…Got my delivery date mixed up and reached out to customer service to change. Hannah replied on time that the date has been changed. Delivery date is in 1 week time and I hope it gets delivered. Will keep posted on the outcome

Lots of choice with great descriptions to guide you. I especially liked that you could add / eliminate alcohol from your search as most companies usually think hamper = alcohol.
