I had an issue with rescheduling the delivery date and couldn't change the delivery address due to the delivery company that was being used. This was out of hamper.com's control. Hannah at hampers.com was quick to respond to this matter and rectified this issue by arranging for a replacement hamper to be sent out to the recipient who was celebrating her 70th Birthday!! I really appreciated the effort she went to to address this matter for me and i've no doubt she will be very happy with the hamper. Thanks again for being so kind and supportive to resolve this matter for us.

I ordered 5 hampers for teachers while they were lovely hampers I was disappointed they didn't look like the hampers that I had seen online the chocolates were alot smaller and for what I paid I was a bit disappointed the hampers looked small with just the little box of chocolates they put in as its a big box and it looked bare so I contacted customer services who were brilliant lovely lady Gemma Cobb reply very quickly and is going to send the original chocolates which were unavailable at the time they sent apart from that the presentation was lovely and I'm sure the teachers will enjoy their treats. I will order again
