I received a cheese hamper as a gift. Very disappointed with the selection, three of six items were substituted and not as advertised on your website. Rather than getting flavoured cheeses I got 2 cheddars and a red leicester, very boring and hardly a "cheese lovers" selection. Black pepper crackers were substituted with a plain variety. The only positive is that the delivery was on time. Updated - Spoke with Nicole at customer services and I was offered a replacement hamper. Thank you Hampers.com for resolving this so quickly.

I was impressed with Hampers.Com. My recipient was very happy with the gift, and said that the gift box, was beautiful, and that the food looked delicious. She then added, that the chocolates were tasty! The deliveries of my orders, were quick. They were delivered in a efficient way, with emails, and text messages, sent to me, to update me, on the orders’ progress, and journey, to delivery, which was great. And then, when I had an issue with one of my orders, the Customer Care service, listened to my me, and resolved the issue quickly and kindly. Hannah in particular, was lovely, and phoned me up, and sent me emails, to keep me updated about it, and helped me to resolve it. Thank you all very much, for a very positive experience.

Use this company for all my overseas gifting. My family love the range and style of hampers, it’s easy to order and the service is efficient and well executed. I’ve have had a couple of glitches occur with items being retained in the basket from previous orders, or orders failing, but actually processing, leading to being double charged or double delivery; Steve and the team are straight onto it, keeping me informed throughout the process and have come through twice now and the recipients are none the wiser and I suspect the issue is more with my Australia based bank than their purchase system. Great products, great service and will certainly be using them again soon.

I ordered a hamper for our daughters anniversary and requested a delivery on a Friday before their anniversary on the Monday. However, on the Monday I received an email from Steve -customer services .. to check delivery address and a following up call as they had no confirmation on delivery. Unfortunately it was lost in transit. I was offered a full refund or a re-order with next day delivery. The hamper was received the next day and much appreciated. A big Thank-you on the follow up process in place and would highly recommend this company for their customer service.

I placed an order but almost immediately realised it was not appropriate to the recipient so sent an email asking to change to a different gift. Within minutes I received an email explaining that the order had been processed and could not be changed but that it had instead been cancelled, the alternative sent, and even though there was a extra cost involved, this was waived. What amazing service! I will use again!

I have used this company a couple of times to send hampers to my Dad in France and been very happy. In the last year, the French customs have been making it very difficult to ship items from the UK, and they put up every barrier this time. Customer Service, especially Steve were amazing and did everything possible to try and get a hamper to my Dad, thank you for your sterling efforts

Very impressed. The hamper was delivered on Friday as arranged. We shared a video call with my parents as they opened it and discovered the contents. All the contents were well packed in a wicker hamper. The products were all correct with no replacements. My parents were really pleased, as we were. Thank you very much.
