The delivery was timely, it was for my auntie to celebrate her 90th birthday. She had just got home from hospital following a fall, when the hamper arrived. She loved the contents and sharing them with her visitors and carers. Thankyou, it made her (and my) day x

Fantastic hamper for my dads 80th birthday thankyou

Great choice of hampers at good value. Easy to order. Several order updates. Unfortunately the hamper was left outside despite the recipient definitely being home, but that was down the delivery driver.

I am writing this review to compliment two members of staff who treated me with kindness and respect when I had a problem with DHL and the French customs. They really did go above and beyond to try and sort it out. They have got my 5 stars and because of them I would certainly use hampers.com again.

Really easy to book and place the order. I also put in the wrong address, and they were quick to intercept, correct and keep me posted on all the delivery progress!

I ordered a hamper to be delivered on a specific date for an extra charge for my mum 70th birthday. Dpd tried to deliver it a day earlier and I stopped them in time as it was meant to be a surprise. DPD apologised and said they would deliver it the next day. Three days later, it finally got delivered after four attempts, but none directly to the location It was meant to go. DPD actually abandoned two of the deliveries due to it delaying their overall route. hampers.com did sort out the situation to a good ending and I thank Steve for listening and actioning my complaint. I cannot fault hampers.com but I can definitely fault DPD. My advice is yes, buy a hamper but do not pay and choose a specific date as DPD will probably let you down, especially Mondays as hampers.com is not open on a Sunday. Therefore DPD collect from hampers.com on a Saturday and they will try and get it delivered ASAP and not to your overall wishes.. my mum was happy with her hamper.

I recently ordered two hampers and had them delivered to separate addresses. Unfortunately one of the parcels had gone missing during delivery. Hannah from the customer care department has been amazing, polite, fast responses, investigated straight away with the delivery company and managed to locate the parcel. The hampers are perfect as will, I will be ordering from here again.

I was very pleased with the Hamper ordered for my Son's birthday. The site was easy to negotiate, which for an 86yr old, is often problematic. :), the prices and 'offers' were great. I will certainly use the company again. Thankyou.

I've just received a hamper as a birthday present - beers, cheese, crisps, pickle and crackers. I'm sure all these will taste great, but having a look at the "best before" dates means that I'd better get eating / drinking pretty quickly.
