This is the third time I have used Vivi in Hull both for work and pleasure. Each time the system was straightforward and efficient. On my last visit Sarah and Carol were most helpful and pleasant, even accommodating my early arrival. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Jalil was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly, making me confident to book for my pre-flight test to Japan. Japan has very strict requirements and VIVO knew how to complete the test & paperwork precisely so there were no hitches on my arrival.

Went to Southampton Vivo clinic and was incredibly happy with the service provided to me by Jennifer. She explained the treatment process clearly , focusing on my targets and wants from the sessions both now and in the future. She completely put me at ease throughout the entire process in which I was anxious about before but I felt calm And relaxed. The hour treatment flew by and Jennifer continued to engage in conversations regarding the process such as the after care regime to get the best results longer term. She was clearly experienced and knowledgeable which makes you feel even more at ease. Super friendly and couldn’t help any more than she did ! Perfect service and a credit to the team.

First class experience. I have used the vivo clinic in Glasgow for all my work travel abroad, and they are efficient and kind. The team are always very welcoming, and it really takes 5 minutes. Results come back within the stated time in a certificate that is ready to print. It's a little more expensive than home tests, but no faffing around with home kits or trying to post tests. I recommend Jen and Demi and the vivo team.

We were in a self created mess and without our fit to fly certificates less than 12 hours before our flight - Vanessa saved the day. She was calm , advised what was needed , sent our certificates quickly and followed to ensure all was good - amazing service. Thanks Vanessa for saving our 2 year delayed holiday

Called the call centre up as I was anxious about how you book and get the results for my holiday. Vanessa was extremely helpful and very supportive.

Do not use this clinic for a PCR test they are a sham company just jumping on the band wagon to make money out of the pandemic. They are not a medical clinic as they state a doctors letter at an additional £25 is required to ratify the PCR result for many destinations.

Very efficient and informative service at the Hull clinic this morning from Sarah and Carol. Couldn’t recommend them more highly and will definitely be using them again.
