Don’t know what I have done to deserve such poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks to hear from them. Initially, they were in touch and very responsive. Then, for some reason they have gone silent and don’t reply to emails. I have had to contact Ohme, who they are an installer for, to try and sort this out. Tried phoning their number and was left hanging on the phone. I can’t comment on installation as they haven’t made any contact! It was 2 months since I got my first EV and this experience has not been great and has cost me more in expensive external charging.

Zac was excellent. Reliable, on time and hard working. Great job done in difficult conditions fitting EV charger.

Great experience with this company. The engineer, Rock, called beforehand and arrived on time. Really friendly and knowledgeable throughout, including explaining the use of the app after installation. Highly recommended.

Installed really quick electric only off for about 10 minutes and he was done only took 2 hours no mess and very friendly great work.

Excellent job done! Craig, the installer worked non stop till he finished and tidied up after himself leaving the place spotless. He was respectful, super friendly and very polite and he's an absolute credit to this Company. Would highly recommend, ask for Craig!

Zac arrived promptly as arranged and completed the job despite it being very cold and raining. He talked us through the options as it wasn’t a straight forward installation and kept us informed all the way through the job and cleared away afterwards.

After several cancelled dates for installation over a period of months , David Smith and Reece Jones were the guys who fitted our charger, they were very friendly, helpful and professional, turning not a great start into a positive experience.
