Installation was trouble free and very neat and tidy. Connecting to the Hive app was easy and got the car charging straight away. Would recommend ChargedEV highly.

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025I had Charged EV install a charger 2 days ago. The charger was not working when the engineer left and I was told to leave it 24 hours and it would work. This did not happen and now other than a short call with Customer services no one will even talk with me or acknowledge any accountability. Suggest you look elsewhere as they will turn their back on you if there are problems.

The installation ran smoothly he catered to all My concerns about the charger installation and ensured me he would install it as if it was his own house and wouldn’t do something he’d be un happy with. At the end he took time to help me set it up and connect it to all other apps required. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Wesley arrived on time and completed the work in a fast an efficient manor with little fuss and no mess!. The installation is neat and tidy. Couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend.

However the installation was first class. Jack text me everything I needed to know before my appointment and again with his ETA. He was very polite, helpful & informative. Efficient & very tidy I couldn't have been happier

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025The installer on the day, Wez, was brilliant. In fact he saved me £200. It took nearly 3 months from the first contact with ChargedEV to finally getting my charger installed. Despite being told, at the completion of the video survey on my house, that someone would be in touch with me within a few days to discuss any work that needed doing prior to the installation, nobody contacted me. In fact, I had to phone them several times before I was actually told what needed doing. I got the necessary work done and phoned ChargedEV, as requested, to let them know that things were all ready my end, only to be told that the installation team would be in touch shortly. A couple of weeks passed and I heard absolutely nothing from ChargedEV. I sent a them the occasional email asking for an update that never got answered. Eventually I had a call answered, only to be told, "The installation team will be in touch with you shortly." I complained to the company that provided the car and finally received a call from the elusive 'installation team' to book a date for installation. Not ideal, another 3 weeks away, but a date none the less. A day or two later i was invoiced for £200, payable within 10 days, for some bonding that apparently needed doing when the installation took place. I immediately sent an email to them asking if it should be paid after the work has actually been done. As usual, this email went unanswered, so a week later I phoned to ask this question only to be told that I'd have to pay it first or the installation may well be cancelled. So I immediately paid it. Then, the day before the installation, I had the relevant messages about who and what to expect the next day. Then, a couple of hours later, I had a call from the installation team to say that the engineer booked to come to my house had gone sick so I wouldn't be getting the charger installed. We discussed a couple of dates and settled on one. The call finished with me being told that I'd get a call back before the end of the day to confirm the date. I never got a call back. The following day I phoned again and was told that it would be escalated and I'd receive a callback before the end of the day. Again, I wasn't contacted. The next day, I phoned the company that provided the car and told them that they might as well have it back, as it had been sat on my drive for 6 weeks and it was of no use to me at all without a charger. Within the hour I was called by the installation team to confirm the date previously discussed. The day before the installation I got a message again about who and what to expect. The engineer turned up on the day and after looking at my utilities he asked "Have you been charged for some bonding doing while I'm here?" To which I replied that I had but it's already been paid. "You should get that refunded then because it's already done." He said. Sure enough, I was refunded shortly after. The installation was done swiftly and efficiently and everything seems to be working perfectly.
