Will (the installer) arrived promptly, and made a great job of the install. He showed us what had been done, and explained the installation as well as what to do as ‘first actions’ if any faults were incurred. The only issue I had was that the unit didn’t appear to have connected to the wifi correctly, so I had to engage with Hive customer services to resolve.

Rock was a very polite and friendly electrician who completed the installation in 2 hours. I am happy with the result and look forward to using my charger.

I have to take my hat off to those reviewers that have managed to contact this company successfully and then get a charger installed. After completing the online survey (Jan17) I received an email advising I would be contacted within 3 days, nothing! I called on Jan 31 to chase up and was told ‘must be stuck in the system, we will prioritise’, nothing! I then sent a complaint email 2 weeks ago and, nothing! Clearly no corporate governance within this company. If 0 stars were possible this would be my score!

From initial enquiry to completion was very straightforward. A great personal service and the installer Jack Cook was great and communicated well from start to finish. I’d recommend this service to anyone that is looking for installation.

Alex contacted me first thing to let me know a rough idea when he would be attending that day to fit my charger and would keep me informed to a more accurate time. Got a message to say he would be here sooner than estimated. The company was very helpful on contacting them. After filling in the survey of the property eg a rough drawing and outline of the house and where the electric meter was situated, plus site of proposed charger and a few photos, things moved quickly. The installer Ryan Banks came to complete the installation arriving at the proposed time given. After a quick discussion regarding the work involved he set to work working non stop until completetion. The work was done to a good standard and Ryan left the site tidy leaving no mess. I must say I felt sorry for him as before leaving he described how to use the hive app which I admit was a struggle as I am all fingers and thumbs plus the downloaded app proved to be faulty. Eventually with great patience he got through and everyone was happy. I would recomend using chargedEv

Had good communication from the company from initial order through HIVE to installation today. Aron has done a great job, installed vehicle charger on opposite side of house to meter as requested, installed breaker switch in fuse box and lovely tidy job of routing cable.
