He managed to get it all installed on our system with no power disruption and in around 3 hours I was up and running, Zac was able to answer all questions i had regarding the system in a easy to understand manner. The work he carried out was very neat and he tided up after himself. He explained everything he was doing/installing and showed me how to use the app which was useful. Highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2025The incorrect EV charger was initially installed (5m vs. 8m model). This was raised with the installer whilst he was still on site and I had also contacted ChargedEV a few days ahead of the installation for confirmation but didn't hear back. I was then contacted the following day and another installer fitted the correct model a few days later.
