Dave Smith. Really happy with the service Dave provided. Flexible with timings, no complaints about how fiddly the job was (and it was fiddly) and gave me confidence in the process. Efficient and polite. Very happy with how tidy the installation has been.

Had my Hive Electric Vehicle Charger fitted today , cant thank Chris enough. Brilliant service from beginning to end. Asked exactly where wed like the boxes putting, explained what he was doing and when the electric would go off and how ling for, very tidy and cleared up all mess at the end . Excellent service

Chargedev and my installer Rock, made my installation really smooth from start, to finish. Great communication, from installation date reminders, Rock calling on the day to give me an ETA. He also gave me a better suggestion as to where to install the charger, just in case we, in the future, have more than one electric car. Installation was really neat and tidy. Highly recommend company.

Absolutely amazing experience with Felix,Glen & the team. We had a complicated installation, however they made the prosses run extremely smoothly. Glen and his colleague worked extremely hard to make the Installation go smoothly, whilst talking me through the complete process. We had a 48m run in total through lots of obstacles. Felix was a pleasure too deal with. He explained the process before the installation and was happy to answer and questions I had.

Alex was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and explained everything. A credit to the company.

The engineer was very helpful and informative and a delight to have in the house although he did make a mess in our living room wall and ceiling as he made an error when deciding where to drill the holes to bring the cabling for our EV charger into the house - we now need to redecorate inside and out! The accounts department are pretty awful, however. Hive contracted out the work to Charged EV as they couldn’t meet demand (we applied for our charger in October last year). They insisted on our giving them credit card details so that they could charge us for any additional expenses and then wrongly charged us by £320 even though the issue was under review. We now have to fight to get a refund and in the past week it seems that no one seems to know anything!
