My ChargeDEV engineer, Will, gave excellent communication about when he would arrive, what work needed to be carried out and gave an accurate estimate of how long the work would take. He gave me good notice of when power would need to be shut off to the house to complete the install and was extremely helpful in walking me through the functions of the charger installed and the phone app that I could use to manage my charging schedule. I could not find any fault with his professional and courteous approach to the work being carried out.

Will installed a Hypervolt charger for us and I am very happy with his professionalism and SME advice on finding the best route for the installation of the charger. The outcome was a clean installation and neatly plugged charger.

My experience with Saaim from ChargedEV was brilliant from start to finish. Saaim visited my property for a survey and we discussed the best solution for me and my home. He gave me some very important advice around prepping my home for the installation as I have an older property with some old fashioned electrics. Saaim even sent me links to some products I needed to buy and who I needed to contact to have them installed. When it came to the installation Saaim was very proactive with his communications and due to a delay in receiving the charger unit itself he offered to come on a weekend day especially for the install. This was hugely appreciated. The installation itself was seamless and he did a terrific job at making it look tidy and professional. Thank you ChargedEV and particular Saaim.

Alan Vine was sent to my house to install my new Zappi car charger. From the minute he arrived, he was extremely polite with a massive smile on his face, He explained what needed to be done and was extremely thorough. There were issues with my Internet that were outside of his control and even though it meant him getting to his next job late, he made sure everything was working before he left. I would highly recommend This company , as long as everyone is as good as Alan !
