The installer Aron Akhtar was brilliant; super knowledgeable and helpful. Got the job done despite overrun and cared about making sure it all worked before he left. The call centre process was ok but hard work and often too busy to take the call.

Jack fitted our Hive Charger today. He was very friendly, informative and efficient. We were contacted the day before the time he would arrive and on the day about the time he’d be at the property and what was involved. All in all an excellent service.

Really easy process from start to finish. Quick questionnaire to ascertain your needs and then really quick in coming back to me with appointment dates and times. Really quick appointment date and as advertised Rock called me beforehand to advise of his eta. Rock was really professional and thorough, no mess left behind and provided a quick and simple explanation of how to use the charger. Fantastic service from beginning to end.
