Matthew Smith was great today. He has installed a hive car charger for me. All the work was carried out to a high standard and everything fully explained.

Had our ev charger fitted today by Ryan Banks, couldnt fault his professionalism from the outset. Prompt, tidy(even removed his boots without asking) and explained everything from start to finish. Electricity was only off for about 20mins and after completion he explained the Hive app and told us to ring him if we had any problems. Great job!

Arrived on time, install was completed quickly and with no problems. Dan was very helpful in clearing some space for access. Explained how to use the charger and the charger fuse box.

The installer (Ashley) contacted us the day before our installation and informed us what time they would be arriving the following morning. Ashley arrived promptly and set about examining the installation and communicating how they would install the ChargePoint. The installation went ahead without any problems and the end result is amazing. Very satisfied with the overall look and feel of our charger.
