Its to early to really tell, but affordable makes its usefulness great! No App glitches (AT&T) where your making more than one payment!

Any money you might save by using Red Pocket is made up for tenfold in time spent trying to do anything. New phone? Be prepared to talk to customer service for hours, and hope they don't put you on hold for half an hour then hang up. Same was true when we switched our service to this carrier. Nothing is easy, their website is always broken in some way, and everything takes forever.

Excellent customer service, best I've seen in the industry (responsive, short wait times, goes above and beyond to help you). Reliable phone and SMS service. Mobile data is occasionally flaky, but that might be due to factors outside of RedPocket's control. New GSMT SIM card acquires network a few seconds slower than my older GSMT SIM card which registers with the network very quickly. Beware that prepaid SIM cards expire if not used (previously 90 days, now extended to 1 year after purchase). I'm quite happy with RedPocket and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future.

I dont know, why I was unaware of this great company and awesome plan. I can call overseas with the same plan. Great company, great connectivity and clear voice.
