He recognized that previous Reps had made the mistake of not taking notes about my situation, and took the time to resolve it completely. His attitude was excellent, kind patient, interested in solving my problem. He truly went above and beyond. What could have been a horrible experience that ended with me being furious and leaving negative reviews, has ended up with me being satisfied and feeling listened to and taken care of. WAY TO GO!

I called four times to try and get the sim card to work, never kept notes on what they did the previous call so they just had me do the same thing every time, they sent me a new sim card which also didn't work. Got a random email saying they canceled my account, when I called to ask why they didn't give a satisfactory answer and I ended up just canceling all together because I couldn't be bothered anymore. Update: Received 3 voicemails this morning by Red Pocket saying that they'll issue me a refund if I take this review down. Unreal.

They sent me a link that wanted me to give some third party access to my current phone to verify my identity and called it a security measure. I don't know how give access to my phone could possibly be considered security...

I like how the coverage is very good, the signal quality, the 5G+ speed that not every prepaid cell phone provider offers, the prices are very good. I travel a lot to Mexico and Canada and I like that I can buy roaming packages and additional data!

United States | 19 April 2024Generally they are a very good carrier that I have had for two years-service wise as well as support wise until a few days ago when I had contacted them about supporting Samsung's Classic 4 smart watch that I was planning on purchasing. The rep assured me twice that Red Pocket did and I could but the watch. The watch came today and I discovered they do not support it, but since I love the watch so much I am going to cancel one of my lines with them and go with Tello as they support esims and have very affordable plans and review highly on Trust Pilot update:Tello also falsely claimed they supported watch and phone, now with USMobile who say they can-so far so good

When you call CS you get Philippians help, they know nothing and have little authority to fix it. Try elevating up to supervisor , get the hang up call. No call back. Could not search, text, and dropped calls. had unlimited plan.
