They charged my credit card 1 month in advance of the actual renewal and blamed me for having Automatic Renewal on my account. Guess who is no longer a Red Pocket Mobile customer? Absolutely NO EXCUSE for treating people like this.

United States | 03 December 2023Overall I am happy with Red Pocket. Switching carriers was simple, I can't say that with other carriers. Red Pockets website is easy to navigate and paying my bill is simple. Cell service is also excellent, better than my previous carrier. My only complaint is contacting customer service. I called a couple of times the same day and was on hold for so long I hung up each time. Never did get through to anyone or got my questions answered.

United States | 03 December 2023Ultra long customer service wait times. I've been waiting for over 4 hours today, and 2 hours last week when buying. Their customer service dept lies. When reviewing previous text conversations with current rep, i was told repeatedly: that's not true, we don't do that, we cant do that. Their customer service dept will not escalate to anyone higher, even after reading (from their own transcripts) another CS give false info. I bought a phone...DOING WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO following their instructions... now will not get any discounts offered. Had 3 different CS chats on PC with different names but SAME profile pic. Have in text form 3 lies I was given, and they will not do anything to alleviate the issues.

United States | 02 December 2023More than 5 ⭐️’s CS Leslie this agents patients and willingness to help me with all the issues I was dealing with absolutely blowed me away cause I have been trying for like two years to get my voicemail box pass code changed but nothing I tried work an quit a few other agents I have talked to in chat or even on the phone with couldn’t help me nor figure it out their selves, but CS Leslie Forsure earned her pay for the day. Cause I had like 3 4 or maybe even 5 different issues I was having an dealing with an I wasn’t meaning too but I kinda was throwing them all at her at once mainly cause I’m a certified computer and phone tech so I’m used to dealing with multiple issues and multitasking constantly so that’s what I’m use too but I have admin she was able to keep right up with me on all of them at once if anyone would wanna know how long it actually took her I’m for sure it was probably only like three minutes and she had everything taken care of for me an my voicemail box PIN code changed for me an changed to a pin of my choosing an I have to give great big shoutouts to CS Leslie thanking her so much 🙃 Sincerely Gerald
