Red Pocket was much better and even though there are some places that service isn't perfect it is way better than my service.

United States | 07 December 2023Just started with this company and they are off to a horrible start. I ordered a physical SIM, so I can easily configure my phone as a dual sim phone for travel. Or at least I tried to, either I screwed up or they screwed up, but that is not the issue. The issue is their receipts and emails do not make it clear what. Kind of SIM you are receiving, or provide any kind of clear instruction on how to proceed! I received an email with the line "FREE Standard Mail With Free Tracking (2 - 5 business days)", but it apparently wasn't actually for a physical sim. It was for an eSIM which is not exactly obvious. There is only one reference to it being an eSIM buried in a line"360 Day- Unlimited Everything (20GB@High Speed) eSIM GSMA" instead of "360 Day- Unlimited Everything (20GB@High Speed) SIM GSMA". On top of that, there are no instructions in the receipt relating to the activation process. There was also no followup email with activation instructions. There is no explanation that the confirmation code is actually the eSIM, and when you call customer service they tell you screwed up, and that switching to a regular sim will cost $5. Actually, the first time I tried to escalate support I was told $2 and the second time I was told $5. The price for service is great, but is this is how they treat a new customer, how will they treat someone who has actually activated their plan?
