Zero stars if I could. CS is worse than a cable company. I wasted 6 hours on these people today because even though my device is eSIM capable, it won’t work with THEIR eSIMs. No one knows anything and tier 2 appears to be non-existent.

The plan was easy to set up with the physical SIM card, and customer service was very helpful in answering any questions I had while transferring my number from another provider. The website's coverage map also seems to be pretty accurate with receiving 5G/4G service around town and while traveling. Overall I'm happy with Red Pocket and their month-to-month plans!

I have been a Red Pocket customer since 2019, starting on a monthly plan but ultimately I switched to an annual plan. Originally I had service on the Verizon network, which was great for talk and text but I could not receive internet in some areas. I switched to the T-Mobile network and that solved the problem. I pay annually for cell phone service works out to $15/month. Customer Service is readily available if I ever need it. I love Red Pocket!!

I've been on many calls with the CS at Red Pocket for 3 days trying to get past a number porting error. Most reps run you through a script and leave it at that.. Until Julio #1877 answered my call. This man went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue right then, instead of creating a ticket. He knew what he was doing, was very knowledgeable, and pleasant. He actually made the experience enjoyable and treated me like a person, not a number. I was so impressed with him that I asked him how I could give him a good review as the call ended. Employees of this caliber deserve recognition and a raise! Thanks, Julio!

I enjoyed the prices and quick customer service at Red Pocket, however the promise of unlimited data is not true. Once I had used up my initial high speed data, the low speed data would not work. Every time I called I got the same response saying they needed to make some internal changes and restart my low speed data, this never fixed the issue after many calls and “resets”. When explaining this to their customer service I only got the same response above and no attempt to actually solve the problem. My phone is unusable without wifi so I will be leaving Red Pocket after this experience as no one was able to resolve the issue.
