United States | 30 November 2023I only make and receive calls with some texts mixed in. This is a great way to do it. No youtube or movies or banking on my phone. I just don't need to be reminded that my service is going to be renewed every month.

United States | 29 November 2023I was a client of Red Pocket for a year, but my experience with renewing my plan was extremely disappointing. Trying to extend my plan, I encountered serious difficulties in communicating with the service team. The long wait on the line and the last conversation with an operator who spoke too fast and ignored my requests to slow down were particularly frustrating. It was not just an inconvenience, but it seemed like a mockery of my situation. I wanted to stay with Red Pocket, but due to the unacceptable quality of service and support, I feel deeply disappointed and dissatisfied.

It took a while to sort everything out - but she was absolutely fantastic at getting to and fixing my problems. It is because of your fabulous customer service that I decided to change over to RP - Love You Guys - keep up the good work.

United Kingdom | 29 November 2023Sim didn't work, sent another sim which also didn't work. I already had one redpocket sim which worked fine so I knew the issue was with the company and not my phone. Yet I spent hours on the online chat and phone line trying to sort this to no avail. Customer service agents all give very random responses and are extremely slow so are clearly trying to assist too many people at once. Don't expect a quick resolution to any issues.

I would definitely recommend. I will in the near future be transferring over 2 more numbers and adding 3. Thank you for being great

United States | 28 November 2023Unlimited data doesn’t mean unlimited. Their terms and conditions say no unreasonable use . Which is defined as non personal, commercial use. But when your high speed runs out they turn off your data completely regardless of how it was used. Also horrible customer service, extremely hard to understand unless Hindi is your first language. I couldn’t leave fast enough.

United States | 27 November 2023I liked Red pocket at first. I have a $30 plan, which has always been sufficient for me with my previous provider. My husband got me a new phone which was locked for AT&T so I decided to try RedOocket since I knewI could get a plan that worked for the phone. Soon after signing up for monthly services I got a message letting me know that they were upping data limits to 20GB of 5G data per month for my plan. Yay, I thought. I signed up for Red pocket mid June. November I keep getting these messages “ Uh-oh! You have exhausted your 100MB data limit. Keep connected by buying more data immediately, starting at just $15.” 100MB!!!!! I’m signed up for WAY more than that! I can’t even send my texts to more than one person at a time. I’m not receiving any texts that are in a chain…I’m ticked off!!!! My friend tried to send me a text and said it took me days to get it. I can hardly send anything with my Wifi on even. Everything was fine until Red pocket sent those texts. I looked and it shows I’m still on a 20GB 5G plan yet my phone NEVER shows I’m connected 5G anymore, I keep getting those 100MB data texts, and I can barely communicate at all anymore. No phone at all and sticking with email is better than this. I am going to try to reset my phone but I urge anybody who is not technology inclined, anybody who hates calling customer service to help solve issues, anybody who wants this to be their last cell provider switch, anybody who would just like a seamless plan, or anybody who just expects to get what they signed up for not to go with RedPocket. And…to those of you who are ok with hiccups, calling customer service, etc this may be an ok plan for you. I’ve never had issues like this with my other providers and I’m not accustomed to it at all.
