Poor customer service. Errors switching carrier. Unlimited plan is blatant false advertising. Slows down so much you can barely even get texts through on a full 5g connection. If it slows that far after 30gb, its a 30gb plan, not unlimited. Why would you market every other plan that does the same thing correctly, but blatantly lie on this? I paid for it because you said it was unlimited, i expect to get unlimited. 30gb was not what i was looking for.

Was having issues understanding how my esim works, so i did the customer support chat. I got Stephen who was great. He took the time to explain esim and got me on the right track. I'm sure they have to juggle multiple chats, but you'd never know it! He responded right away every time and resolved me issue fully!

Can't send MMS because RedPocket sent my phone the wrong APN settings which apparently can't be edited on their network and now they want me to factory reset my device to fix it knowing that won't fix it. The agent I am chatting with knows as much about his job as my 4 year old. He actually asked me if my phone was locked as in to another carrier after me telling him that everything else works. Their customer service is atrocious and does not understand how cell phones work. MNC was supposed to be 410 but for some reason it was initially set up as 280. No I did not manually enter it and it can't be edited. When I was on Mint all I had to do was add a new profile and manually put in the correct info but when I try to do that now, it disappears after hitting save. So I can't edit it and can't add a new one.
