Stephen was very fast at fixing the problem with my sms messaging. I wasn’t able to send pictures between android devices and iPhones until he fixed the issues.

I’ve been trying to activate my esim for 4 hours now and the customer service is useless. I have had no phone service and can’t text or call anyone. This is probably the worst plan I’ve ever used in terms of activation, I’ve never had such difficulties with simply porting and starting service. If only I didn’t transfer my phone number over to this horrible plan

Both my son and daughter had the unlimited plan. (which isn't unlimited) We were traveling and they both used up the “unlimited high-speed data” and data on my daughter’s was completely suspended from her plan because they thought she had used too much. I contacted them by phone and was told I could purchase another plan or add more data. (adding more data wasn't an option online) so I renewed her plan like I was advised to and while purchasing it gives you the option to forfeit the rest of the previous plan which I agreed to. When she lost Wi-Fi she still didn't have data so I contacted RED POCKET again and was informed that since I bought the same plan as she had before it would renew on the renewal date and that they couldn't add it at that time but I could purchase another plan that wasn't the unlimited plan that I had already purchased but I would lose the $45 on the one they put in the stack instead of applying it. So they wouldn't apply the $45 plan I bought even though it says you can at purchase and if I changed to the $30 plan they would keep the money off the $45 plan I had purchased. Two different people agreed that it was an issue on their part but never once offered to refund my money or add high-speed data. All they would do is turn her slow-speed data back on. The next day I contacted them to get my transfer pin to switch carriers and was informed then after 3 days of dealing with them that if the number was transferred I wouldn't be able to receive a refund on the $45 plan. So after 3 days and over an hour on the phone I was finally told that my refund was submitted. That was yesterday so we will see if it happens. They are ripping their customers off please be careful using them if you decide to!!!!

I ordered iPhone 15 PM, and the color I ordered was out of stock; I reached out to RP online CS got my color changed, and received my new phone in 8 days. Great customer service!! It took 5 mins to port the number from Visible to RP. The download speed was 2-5 Mbps throughout the day, the online CS reset my account and enabled the hotspot. The next day, I ran a speed test compared to my work AT&T iPhone, the download speed is faster than AT&T. I also loved the international calling and texting feature. I'm glad I found RP, their plans fit my needed.

Love Red Pocket Mobile, best customer service, cellular service has consistently improved & surpassed all other carriers like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint & T-Mobile, I can’t afford those carriers & now having experienced all of the high & budget mobile carriers For me Red Pocket Mobile is actually BETTER IN EVERY SINGLE WAY!

After TracFone denied the number transfer, I got on the phone with the first Redpocket rep, explained what was happening and that TracFone did this to my husband's transfer 3 months earlier and he immediately got Redpocket porting to make the transfer. Perfect service!!!! And, I am very happy with the plan I have and connection. Thank U!!!!!

Onboarding from another MVNO was pretty quick and painless. The website could use an expanded help section, but so far so good.

I had 8 chats with tech support over the last few days and only one was able to resolve my phone not making calls. It was Leslie- if you get her, don't end the chat!
