United States | 11 October 2023They take your money for a payment, but do not credit the account. I had autopay on, had money removed from my bank account, but redpocket still disconnected because they somehow didn't register the payment. I cancelled the autopay and now EVERY month I have to pay, then call and wait on hold for 20 minutes or longer while they try to credit the payment to the account. Getting ready to switch carriers again because it's not worth the money I save to have to spend 30 minutes each month on hold because they don't know how to correctly process a payment.

United States | 09 October 2023"RP CS Jennie" helped me resolve my issues. It wasn't fast, but she was patient. The main issue was that even though I paid $30 when purchasing my SIM card on eBay, the $30 hadn't been credited to my account. Redpocket.com was saying "Need Initial Refill, $30." So that is something Red Pocket should work on, to make the activation experience go smoothly.
