I have attempted too use red pocket for 3 days now and in this time I have had no internet access. I texted the message line to get no reply. I called to get help and they said I cannot get help when I call on this line. I sent a message to the email line who replied telling me I was already helped which I wasn't. So I called in again and got no help. I sent a second email to get the same response. I cannot understand anyone I talk to with all the background noise and no one wants to help. Huge mistake using red pocket.

Simple sign up, setup of the phone super easy, I also changed which carrier and that was also very easy to do.

Total disaster. I contacted them and gave me my Cell Phone IMEI number to see if my phone was compatible with them. They confirmed yes. I waited a few days for the new SIM card. Put it in and it didnt work. I contacted them and they said it was 5g NOT compatible. So I had to go for a week without any cell phone service....

Activation and everything else were good. Affordable plans. Highly recommended to families
