So far every part of changing over to their service has been easy. Self-service portal is easy to use and understand unlike some similar vendors. Love the yearly options, everything is great so far!

I had troubles making/receiving calls and after doing all the basic stuff (like resetting my phone, updating APN) RP CS Stephen did a change under my account and now the problem is fixed!! That was a quick fix! Thank you Stephen!

Just ported over from Tracfone. I had problems porting, but chatted with the RedPocket customer support and was able to get things sorted out. Next day I had to chat with Customer support for some more info on my plan. CS Leslie was knowledgeable and happy to help. RedPocket customer support was readily available both times with almost no waiting , a huge difference from my earlier experience with other mobile service providers.

Data and call quality are as good (IF NOT BETTER) than AT&T. No problems thus far. Great price. I have had to use customer service a couple of times and it was fine.

CS Leslie did a great job of correcting both wireless hotspots, which were not working on two newly added devices. Both worked with minimal effort on my part and quickly resolved.

CS Leslie has been on point and was able to resolve my issue. The plan information was incorrect since red pocket now offers 5GB instead of 3GB for the unlimited plan. I had it reviewed and was able to get this fixed right away.

The cell service seems to be reliable and better than Mint Mobile.

I have only been with Red Pocket for one month. The service and a one-time correspondence with customer service had been positive. They solved a slight issue, which was my fault in a timely manner.

Terrible. They couldn't address my issues. They kept telling me to do the same thing over and over...which I did...still didn't work...and then they offered no alternatives. Doesn't work for international calling despite what they say
