I’m in the process of a dispute with a terrible landlord who is just wanting the deposit to solve his cash flow problem My deposit has answered every question with positive answers and put my mind at rest that it’s a good positive system 5 stars 👍🏻 All staff are friendly and polite

This is very poor service, you get no notification of your renewal so if it skips passed renewal date they put price up immediately.

They don't have a telephone support line, for tenants anyway who have not raised a dispute, so that option was not tested. The automated line directs you to their website or live chat. I eventually managed to solve my problem (which was apparently caused by my tablet not displaying the required option in my online account), via live chat. It is at best not a very user friendly service and at worst they may be dodgy.

It's a long waiting. I left the property end of May, 2022. I left the property the same condition as it was, I didn't break anything. I still haven't received my deposit back. I raise a dispute, send them evidence, no one bother to look into the case. They just want me to wait for another 20 days. God knows what they would have another excuse after that/ My deposit is a really bad organization, by law, they took people's money, keep in the bank, to release it, long, long process... BY LAW, I want my deposit back. I should consider legal action to sue them all. Most invited review may not true...

It’s been a month and a half, and I am still waiting for my deposit! First they asked for the landlord to confirm deposit release, and promptly ignored the email they received from him. Then they asked for the letting agency to confirm deposit release. I asked to confirm they have the right bank details-which I had sent in a previous correspondence to my “case handler” and they still didn’t send the deposit when I waited 5 working days for its release then ANOTHER 7 days for it to get to my bank account. The reason? Wrong bank details! They then had the audacity to try and blame me for that error- and I had to point out exactly when I gave them the correct details. Please use any other deposit scheme landlords, no one wants to wait months to get a deposit back that should legally take 11 days to get to us tenants

They treat landlord badly and unfairly, the online uploading system is 3rd world kind, customer service officers behaving disgusting, and the worst is the arbitration which is a shameful practice of bullying landlord and find hole when there isn't even any hole to victimize landlord. Shame to them!!!
