United States | 10 January 2017Every one Es diferent economic and background hair club they just want to push for the most visits you can make a year but many can not afford that if there is a basic plan that is every six weeks visits the hair must stay in place those seis weeks the problem is most of the time the tape and hair start moving after the third week and there is not acceptable every one don't have the budget if people wants to come every 3 weeks is good but some can not do that

I would surely really like to use hair club it would help with my confidence for sure but can't afford the initial cost. The product looks like the best on the market and very realistic and I'm sure no one would ever know. The staff seemed very accommodating.

My Stylist is #1.....Thu is OUTSTANDING, Chi is very good also. The only problem I have, and it is significant, is the system often doesn't hold up for the 6-week Diamond plan that I'm on. There is an inconsistency in the product and the process/people who assemble these systems.. I know Marco and my stylists have tried to raise awareness to this issue, but it still exists.......and does not measure up to the cost of my Diamond Plan.

United States | 10 January 2017I initially had bought the headband expecting to also be scheduled a hair cut and massage for free like informed when purchasing the headband. Unfortunately mailing in and texting to enquire about the hair or head massage and all was to no avail. But I'm still using the headband Three times a wk for Five mins and do my own haircut and its been four(4) months now

United States | 10 January 2017My head was not measured accurately because I had a space that bubble up in the back where my neckline meets the hair. . It had to be taped down to stay in place. The polyfuse does help it a little in the back where neckline is , however , after two days , it becomes loose. The first hair I received was nice and curly and I took care of it and it did not fall out when brushing it. The second hair I received did not have hardly any curls of the left side as it was on the right side after shampoo it. I did not know , I would have to throw it away when it was worn out. . The second second had keeps falling even though. I am shampooing it regularly. I do not like to have to keep switching stylist. When I called Houston, Texas Hair Club in advance to schedule an appointment and the stylist said she would call me on the 28th of December and she never did. I thought she would take the courtesy and said , no opening came up. Oh well, lastly , I must say I did tip the ladies every time they did completed my hair ($20); scheduling a time to get my hair done is a bit challenging especially the the same stylist.

The problem was that after several months I started having an excess of supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, minoxidil, scalp cleanser,etc... I asked if I could get more strands in Lew of more products and was told no. So now I am actually moving on the a different options of hair loss solution and have this year's supply of product I will no longer need. So if therequired were more custom plans I feel that would serve your customers better.

United States | 10 January 2017My over all experience has been good! Having hair is better than loosing it as in my case. However, there are ongoing issues that don't seem to go away! The staff has worked very hard to help resolve the issues with approx 60% success. I am stilling seeking other options for the future of my hair loss treatment. If I had it to do over again I think I would probably go the transplant route instead of the HC Matrix System.
