locating in Dallas TX off LBJ they ripped me off paying $3100 for a hair piece that was glued to my scalp that keep on lifting and separating didn't even last couple of days. And they tried to come up with excuses to order something else that didn't fit my lifestyle. and upselling me a $300 membership monthly after $3100 charge for a wig without refund and unknown products that was nothing but chemicals. worse hair experience ever and rude customer service by managers named (Lisa) scam, scam not a hair solution they just want the money.

TERRIBLE customer service. MISLEAD and Trick clients. Do not trust them or you will get burnt like I did! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE

originally went to hair club because of discount and worked in Interventional radiology. Lab was always 60 degrees F.. and my head was always cold putting hair on my head help emmincly.

I have been a hair club member since March 2016. I feel that for the large amount of money paid monthly that I am not receiving the service as I expected. During my initial intake I explain to my stylist what type of hair I was interest in. The first appoint was great. Hair type and quality a perfect match. Since then each time I receive different hair. I'm also having a negative reaction to the bonding. My head itches terrible. Leaving me no other alternative but to scratch, rub and or pat the itching areas. I have several bald spot constantly from the scratching. This has not be corrected yet. In closing I am unhappy with service at this time. I therefore hope that this review will initiate my club to investigate why I'm constantly getting different texture hair and why the itching has not been corrected. If this continues then I will differently opt for a different treatment. The price is extremely high for service that is not satisfying to the me the customer. Please note my stylist is great. She has tried everything but she does not construct or make the hair. I want the hair club to understand that I am aware that each hair change will not be exactly the same. Nonetheless the hair quality, texture and curl patterns are so not what I asked for.

The cost of trying to regain or reduce the loss of one's natural hair is so great that it forces many to accept the fact that hair loss is inevitable and something to embrace as "your new look". I am almost seventy years old and still have most of my hair but starting to noticeably thin on top. The cost to remedy this wasn't negotiable. My wife decided to buy me a new set of golf clubs and wide brim hat instead of hair. Very cost effective. And who cares if a 70 yr old man has hair or not. Right?

It changed my life and would recommend it for others as well. Only regret is that I should have gone earlier instead of waiting for years. Price is on the higher side, I hope some day that will get cheaper as they have a bigger customer base. I would like to see if the price can be made more affordable to others.

I had great experience. They have very friendly staff. I enjoyed going in, getting my haircut and getting the scalp massage. Everyone was friendly and Dominique was amazing! I was disappointed with the results. On their magnified photo it did look like my hair was thicker, but in regular photos or in the mirror I can't see any difference. I went for 9 months and they recommend that I keep going, but with the cost I would have to say I would need to see better results to continue the treatments.

When I joined I did have long natural hair. Since being in the program for a year all of my natural hair has fallen out. I am making sure to put moisturizer on it daily and washing it. I was contacted once by the manager to discuss resolutions. These have not been confirmed yet. I would like to make sure the stylists are trained on ethnic (black) hair. I think the relaxer may have been old or outdated or applied incorrectly. I really wanted to keep the remainder of my natural hair, but I've lost that too. It's very disappointing because I pay almost $400.00 a month. I do appreciate the staff that always work with me to schedule my appointments and the stylists are always very personable.

I have been happy with my experience. Brandi, my stylist is wonderful! She has searched for ways to make my hair stay on and last until my next appointment. She gives me stylish cuts and helps me maintain that style when I do it myself. She is the best stylist in the salon and I am grateful to have her.

I am very pleased with the service of my hair dresser, Joni Thompson. I moved from the Dallas salon to the Ft. Worth salon when she did - adding two-hours to my drive time - she's that good. Petra, the receptionist is great. The only other person I've used for my hair appointments is Tan (I'm sorry I can't remember her last name.) She is also excellent. The hair is the best I have found so far. I have shedding issues with the hair, but on my plan (the gold plan) it works out okay. I've been a hair club member since 2002.

Bad product wasn't what was promised very unhappy

Not easy to move appointments hard to get to some take care of my mom and live an hour or so away. Appointments are very time consuming was not expected to spend half a day there the hair they tied in came out mostly during washing I was real careful not to deep brush or anything for fear of pulling out so the style I desired to create was not possible because of the possibility of removing hair. So a straight style with no personality was all I achieved. Felt like I was being pushed aside at times. Anyway just parted ways will figure out another way to restore my hair

My stylist Dominique is beyond excellent. She listens to her clients, assesses needs, works with her clients to fulfill their needs and wants. She is talented, professional, friendly, customer concerned and is always willing to work with her clients. She does an amazing job and is always willing to work with me and change styles, etc, as times change. Highly recommend because of her. Eva at the front desk is very friendly and helpful and always willing to work with me on appointment times or changing appointments as needed. Jim and Nancy in the office are always friendly, professional and there for the customer.

I have to say that I am very thankful for Hair club. When someone can give you back what you thought you had lost forever it means the world to you. I called on a whim and got started way to late and thought that there was no way to get back what had been lost. My hair... But as it turns out they were able to not only help me get it back to me but also do it in the most comfortable and positive way possible. More than I ever expected and for that I am grateful! Everyone that I have come across in the hair club organization has been the utmost professional and kindest people ever. You cannot go wrong by going here for help.
