United Kingdom | 13 February 2025I located a Z4 M40i on the BMW UK website. I then contacted the Partridge dealership and spoke to Kevin. I explained that I was very interested in the car but would not be able to test drive it for several days due to work and personal commitments. I asked if there was any way that I could reserve the car for longer than the usual 24hrs. We worked out a solution that would involve sending a deposit of £1000 to hold the car. The following morning, before securing the reservation, I noticed on Partridge's website that the car was marked as reserved. I called Kevin to query this, and after checking with his manager, Kevin confirmed that the car was still for sale. After completing several forms, I then transferred £1000 to reserve the vehicle on the Friday morning, and agreed that I would test drive the car on Sunday afternoon. So far all was going to plan. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from the sales team manager to say that there had been a communication breakdown amongst the sales team and the car had already been sold. I eventually received my deposit back on the Monday. I am very disappointed at the lack of communication that led to this error, especially as I had made it quite clear right from the start of my intention to purchase subject to a test drive!

United States | 12 February 2025Contacted this dealership about a Mini for sale. Jason Young contacted me, He answered my questions. I Told him the car sounded perfect! When can I test drive, as I live 60 miles away, and purchase and drive the car away? I was then told there was a problem with a part for the centre console, which was previously never mentioned in the extensive email correspondence. However it would be ordered and with them in 24 hrs. I was told the Mot would Not be done till Friday, and the car was in their loading bay???? "24hrs later , I see the car has been removed from Auto trader . I immediately contacted Jason, who only then informed me the car was now sold! I am somewhat disappointed that Jason did not even give me the option of securing the vehicle, with ie deposit, or indeed inform me the car was sold! It appears this company employ staff with absolutely NO integrity , good manners, or indeed good business sense! An unhappy customer, who would advise others NOT to dealer with this company, as I have no intention of looking at any other of their vehicles now or in the future!

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025After last years disappointment of visiting this dealership, ( my local dealer ) a friend of mine asked if I would go with him to look at a car that they have in stock. I warned him that last year when I went to buy a car, nobody was interested and I took my money to Wood at Salisbury and they were very helpful and sold me a car. Anyway, not to be put off I said they have probably changed now and got better. How wrong I was. We got to Partridge BMW today at lunchtime to look at an X3 that is advertised at £37,892. We spent a good 10 minutes looking around the car and then went in the showroom to speak to a salesperson. After 10 minutes of waiting, nobody even said hello to us, let alone asked if we needed help. Looks like nothing has changed. And my friend is taking his £40,000 budget elsewhere.

This meant I had to chop and change the delivery date a couple of times to fit the company rules. Lucy helped with the delivery and was fantastic, really really helpful and walked me through the process. Just wanted to say thanks to Lucy and the rest of the delivery team for getting it all sorted.

I don't change cars too often and I generally find the experience of changing a car quite stressful - there is a lot of paperwork these days especially - but Raj and his colleagues made the entire process very straightforward - as well as making it pleasant too.

Algeria | 09 December 2024I purchased my BMW from Patridge (approved used)on 1st of March 2023 sold with a BMW dealership history only to find out when I'm trading up for a newer model with a different BMW dealership my car had missed a main dealership service carried out and my car was therefor devalued as one of the service was done by a BMW Specialist and I was allowed a reduced price when trading up for a newer model When I asked Patridge about it they said that it doesn't matter where the car is serviced either by a BMW Specialist or even Halfords would do as long as BMW parts are used They did offer to buy the car back but at a price that didn't feel fair

United Kingdom | 18 November 2024I purchased a used z4 with 22,000 miles , after the vehicle arrived I noticed two Long stone chips on the bonnet and multiple chips to the front bumper plus the off side bumper corner has been painted very poorly with lots of silicon within the paint... then we come to the alloys , the front two are showing corrosion coming through the paint in multiple areas , so will need to be chemically stripped and repainted , but apparently as I'm now informed , "this is within the guidelines of an approved Bmw" from a main dealer . How disappointing that this is the standard .. I purchased the vehicle remotely expecting it to be very very good , if not excellent as it was an approved BMW , I've tried to communicate my unhappiness , But so far I'm yet to receive any communication from a manager, so it seems this must be the normal practise of this particular dealership. I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing a vehicle remotely and only deal with a local dealer as you will have to rely on the sales person and dealership practises .. I was going to return the vehicle, but what a hassle , so I will have the repairs done at my local dealership.. obviously at my costs ... hence my disappointment.
