Updated 6/8/18: After posting my review I was contacted by Raphone. They were quite surprised that I was dissatisfied with my phone screen as they believed they had supplied me with an original, high quality part. However, after getting back in touch with their supplier they found that this was in fact not the case. Since there were no alternative suppliers available Raphone let me keep the screen and gave me a partial refund by way of apology. Raphone clearly cares a lot about customer satisfaction and really went out of their way to try and give me a better experience. ========================= Sent my phone in for a screen repair via post. Staff were polite and prompt however the replacement screen was low quality with a very poor colour temperature and not at all worth the amount spent. Glad that I have my phone fixed but would suggest against using this company if wanting a replacement with quality parts.

Great, Quick service...Have used twice now for replacement batteries for different phones. Not the cheapest, but super quality work with genuine parts and fast turnaround.

I dropped my Pixel and unfortunately it fell face down, completely smashing my screen. The screen was completely black and unresponsive so I assumed the worst for my phone. After searching around for a Pixel repair shop, I found Raphone and saw it's many good reviews. Settling on that I sent the phone out to them pronto and received it back within 2 days. The screen looked amazing and professionally fitted. They've kept in contact with me over the following weeks and helped me out with other problems. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service

Excellent service, can highly recommend, very easy to deal with. Such a change to go to a phone shop that is interested in your problem! I had a Google Pixel 2 with a cracked screen, booked appointment online and replaced it while you wait. They use original parts and work is guaranteed as well. Will definitely use again.

Very professional service. Love the transparency and honesty that comes across when they talk you through your options and the process. I've not given five stars because there was a delay ordering my new screen, but they were upfront about this and got onto it right away. Altogether I was very pleased with the service.

Raphone repaired the lens on my Google Pixel 2 XL. Not only was this competed in 1 day but the repair was perfect. I can now take beautiful pictures again.
