Fixfactor replaced my iPhone 6 battery and screen after they were damaged. Extremely professional and courteous. Completed the work very quickly whilst I waited in the shop. I have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

Despite not being able to fix my phone (dropped in a water tank - completely my fault) Cesar kept me informed at every stage of the cleaning / investigation process. An outstanding organisation with superb customer service... just a shame my phone was irrecoverable... Will definitely recommend - no hesitation.

[update 2019/07/19] Following correspondences with fixfactor, I placed an order with them for a battery replacement. The service and workmanship was excellent. 5 stars. [update 1125hrs, 2019/07/06] I originally gave 1 star as I hadn't heard from them (see original review below). They've now contacted me twice today with sincere apologies and explanations of some email issues they were having. They've been quite active in addressing my concerns and updating their website. So I'm increasing my score to 5 stars. [original review review] I emailed them, and I also filled-in their online form, requesting clarification on the services they provide. I never received a reply, I've even looked in my email spam filters. So I haven't got around to using their paid services. They may actually be quite good at repairs, but I'm not impressed that they've not got around to dealing with my query; they need to improve significantly in that regard at least.

Very professional service. With Fixfactor I have fantastic experience. They fixed my old Iphone run over by a car. I tried in four other shops and only the Fixfactor take on to reaper my old phone and rescue all my important data. It took 4 days but the phone is as new. These guys are fantastic! So helpful, friendly, and fast. I’ve been to repair shops where they look down their noses or are just rude, but the people at FixFactor always have a smile and nice word, no matter how silly you’ve been. And their work is beautiful. They fixed my cracked iPad glass with a tempered glass, and it works better than it did before the break. I absolutely recommend them.

The battery on my HTC10 phone was dying but I found out it is not an easy phone to get into and repair so if you can find anyone to do the job, it is expensive. I rang Raphone who said fhey could change the battery and I travelled over to their Wimbledon shop the following morning. It took two hours and cost £118 as they quoted (included a new screen) but now have a working phone again. Very professional, helpful guys who are keen to provide a good service. Recommended.

Found Raphone on Google as I was looking to get my old Nexus 6P battery replaced. I posted it on Saturday morning and it was back with me on the Tuesday. The phone is in perfect condition, the service was super quick and, if I ever need a phone repaired again, Raphone will be top of my list! Totally recommend.

I broke my Honor 8X's display three days ago and I was desperate (I bought it in November), I've also tried with the Honor/Huawei service but they need a very long time to repair it. So, I've found Raphone during a desperate search on Google, basically, they are the only company in London that could help me! Smashed the glass on my iPad and damaged the corner when it hit a tiled floor. Needed it fixed fast. Good indication of pricing on the website. Ra Phone booked me in the same day and repair took exactly as long as they said it would. Glass replaced and they managed to make the corner look a lot better than it did before which saved replacing another part. That was mid Dec and a month later iPad is working beautifully and good as new. Much cheaper than Apple and service is faster and better. Would absolutely recommend.
