Always a good service never let me down

One of the only places I could find to fix a broken screen on a Google Pixel 2. Was a bit wary, but sent the phone by mail after reading many good reviews. The staff were pleasant to deal with over the phone and with a an impressive 1 day turnaround, cannot complain. The squeeze for assistant function on the phone doesn't appear to work as well as before but expect it can be difficult to restore phones to 100% as factory condition. The screen repair is however perfect. I recommend this place.

The repair was of a very high standard. And the screen is just like new.

So happy with the company!! I have a Huawei p10 and my camera got broken. I've sent my phone on Thursday. Guy informed me that they need to order a new camera. They received it on Monday and on Tuesday my phone was with me already. Thanks guys!

Although my phone couldn't be fixed, they were courteous, professional and honest. Phone was returned undamaged.

I've used RAphone several times now over the last few years - for screen and software repairs and they have repeatedly proven to be VERY good at what they do and very transparent with costs! I would definitely use them again and easily recommend them to others.

Repair was satisfactory but took some time and probing to get back. Did their best to make it right.

Despite lots of good reviews, this was not a good service! I was told that could the part that I needed to mend my laptop would arrive next day. The wrong part arrived! Then they said they had mended it and I could come and collect it - when I arrived it still did not work! Eventually, I took it back and went to an another company. The second company told me there was nothing wrong with the laptop, it just needed a new charger. It worked perfectly after that! I would avoid Raphone!

Excellent service! I sent in my water damaged OnePlus X after a couple of places told me they couldn't fix it. I received a call confirming the cost before they proceeded with the repair. Just got my phone back and it works great.
