Plenty of choice in this market, but this company seemed to offer what I wanted. Accidentally dunked my mobile in the sea and wanted the best possible chance of rescuing my data, although I knew this was a long-shot. I'm electronics-trained so know what to do, but I didn't have the diagnostic tools or ultrasonic cleaning. I was kept in touch with progress, which was good, and their final verbal summary was appreciated. Unfortunately, my motherboard was beyond repair, but at least I know I've done all I can, thanks to Raphone.

Excellent customer service, great communication and a very fair price. Would have given 5 stars, but it did take a little longer than advertised as they had to order a part in (my phone is a Xiomi MI5) but if you've got a Samsung, iPhone etc, I'm sure they'd have it in stock and it'd be a lot quicker than my obscure Chinese tech. The new screen is 99% as good as the factory original, but 100% better than a cracked one. Thank you.

Brought my Macbook Pro for a battery replacement and Raphone provided an excellent service! Battery replaced while I waited, and, after using it a few weeks, I can surely say it is a great product. Battery performance increases after 2-3 initial full cycles.

Sent phone for new battery and was kept in touch with progress. Returned phone very quickly. Thought I had an issue which they explained how to correct. It did. Would very highly recommend these people.

The 'phone was assessed swiftly and I was given the information needed. I didn't proceed because I decided that the cost of the repair should go towards a new Motorola. The old mobile was returned rapidly and packed expertly. Very pleased with the Company and confirms very favourable reviews.

If you have a Pixel 2 XL and don't fancy sending it to CTDi in Poland (as the Google Support website suggests) then you should visit these guys. Great customer service and incredibly quick turnaround. They were able to fix my cracked Pixel 2 XL in 90 minutes and the results were flawless - you'd never know that it'd been smashed in the first place.

Great customer service. I was very impressed by the speed of response both via emails and phone calls as Raphone were super quick. They kept me up to date on the progress of the phone and couldn't have chosen a better company to use. Highly highly recommended if you have any phone issues. Plus, mine was a hardware issue that most people couldn't fix but Raphone sorted it out perfectly!

They did exactly as they said, replaced the charging port on my surface pro 3 - probably the most difficult laptop to make any repair to, involving stripping down to get at the part for replacement. There aren't many companies out there, prepared to, or capable of, repairing surface laptops - excellent work.
