They ordered in the part as it's not a popular device, told me as soon as it had arrived at the workshop and I was able to get the phone sorted the next day (could have been sooner if I'd been available). Provided me with all the info I needed and I would highly recommend anyone else using them.

Whether to trust to luck with my repairer of choice (Fixfactor). I spoke with them and they seemed to know what they were talking about so I decided to go with them. I paid the agreed fee, did as instructed to prepare the phone, packed it securely and sent it off. I received updates from the moment they received my phone and throughout their work and got it back, fixed and cool, within 10 days. SUPERB SERVICE. THANK YOU.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2020When I contacted Fixfactor about having a look at my phone, I got such clear and concise information. I sent my phone in by post and they received it the next day. I had dropped my phone in water for a few seconds and had tried drying it in rice. My phone seemed fine until I tried charging it and it wouldn't charge. By the time I sent my mobile in, it had been 5 days since dropping it in the water. I bought Fixfactor's water damage service which they said would take between 2-5 working days. I received an email from them the day they got my phone stating that they were starting the repair process. Everything they said that they would do and would happen, worked just so. I received my phone back 3days later (in perfect working condition) after sending it in to be repaired. I am so impressed with their professionalism, their honesty, their speed and their communication. Honestly, it was well worth the £49 on my new phone, which I have had for under 9 months. I would HIGHLY recommend Fixfactor's service.
