I have waited since November to get a RV replacement AC. No communication. Finally got a hold of someone paid for the part on Jan 4,2019 said I would have by the next Thursday finally got an email saying they would have in stock on Jan 28,2019 that I would get a follow up email and now it is Feb 12.2019 still no unit. I have emailed I have called and left messages to this day nobody has called or emailed back. I don’t understand. Don’t know what to tell my customer

I spent a lot of time looking for a seamless aluminum roof source and they had the product in stock at a fair price. They worked with me and made it possible to pick the product up in person with relatively short notice. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I ordered a water pump for my rv and I haven’t received it and i emailed them to see about my order and I haven’t heard from them. I shothave stuck to amazon

Order came in on time and was correct but the heavy e-mail advertisement afterwards left a sour toast in my mouth

I have been waiting 7 weeks for product. I have left them messages and sent emails. No reply

Customer rep was polite and responsive however the date for shipping the product kept getting pushed out well passed 15 days. Just asked to cancel order and refund money.

They took my online order, charged my credit card immediately and after 2 weeks they cancelled my order. They sold me a product that they did not have. I will be filing this fraud activity with the Indiana Attorney General.

I was happy to find what I needed for our rv. I place my ordered and received conformation. A week went by no rv door lock. Hmm I said check my cc and I can see ot was charged. Waited a few more days and called. They said it was backoederd. No call no email, but again my cc was charge by law they are not allowed to do thar. I called twice finally spoke to someone she said it was back ordered and should ship by next Friday. A bit rude she said well do you want to cancel I said no. She said I will call you Monday with an update. Well Monday came amd went and it is now Friday amd still no door lock. Very sad false advertisement. Wr had to buy another door lock since we are headed out camping. I will be placing a call to them and my cc company for a full refund. Just very sad wish it could have work out.

I ordered headliner material on 11/29/2018 and I have been charged for it although I haven't received the material or even had a confirmation email with shipping updates. I'm not sure what the problem is but I would like to know if and when the product has shipped.

Horrible. Took my money, wouldn’t tell me when it was going to ship. Their telephone number to complain did not work. I had to stop me credit card payment.
