Got the parts nice and fast, and at a good price. Unfortunately the fittings were the wrong size and I cannot find anyone that has the correct size or at least notes the correct size on their website.

Saw several negative reviews for this merchant and I admit I had some reservations about this purchase. But RV Parts Nation had the parts I needed for the RV, the amount was relatively small, and I decided to take a chance. I'm happy I did. Ordered the parts on July 4th, so I didn't expect the order would be filled until the next day at the earliest. As it happens, it wasn't filled until the following Tuesday (July 9th). But I got the automatic confirmation right away, as I would have expected, and everything appeared as it should be. Shipping cost wasn't cheap, but neither was it absurd.....and it wasn't overnight by any means - but I received the parts today (July 13th), and am very happy with the transaction. Would have given 5 stars if they had filled the order on Monday. So were the negative reviews justified? I certainly can't speak for anyone else, and remember that my own risk was quite low. Perhaps this merchant is working to turn things around, or perhaps I simply got lucky. But I can say for sure my transaction was just fine - no issues.

Ordered parts on June 3, still not showing shipped, have sent emails, called, left voicemails with no responses back.

You know, every once in a while I try to give the little guy a chance instead of going to Amazon. This has proven to be a mistake. Eight days ago I ordered a part it still has not shipped. I called the company‘s phone number and the message I received was “not receiving calls at this time“. I sent them an email four days ago requesting information about a shipping confirmation, or at least an ETA to ship, no reply in four days.

I called twice never returned my calls! I emailed you no response! have not received mp package! Will not use you again no order or response from anyone!

Never recieved product. Avoided all phone messages, no return call, blew off emails. As of 5/23/19 I have sent a cancellation and will be contacting BBB.

Did not get a notice my order for trailer fenders was back ordered, after 3 weeks I called to get some info. They were nice and informed me they were expecting some in another 2 weeks! So it would be 5 weeks before it's even started to ship and I wouldn't have been told if I hadn't called! You need some customer service help!!

ordered an item...waited 3 weeks, continued to show waiting for shipment. Called, emailed and messaged through website. They never responded. I called one more time and told them if I didn't hear back by end of day I would dispute the charge on my credit card and receive my money back that way. At end of day the emailed me and canceled the order and refunded my money back no explanation what so ever. I would not order from this company.

I know that when you're customers don't get results from you don't ask them to come back because of the way you treat them..By No response means you do not care at all... You just want there money and lie about when shipped if shipped... Then you make make customer s wait endless for the return of their money....I will make sure that I tell my friends to order from someone who cares...
