Charge way too much for shipping

It would be nice if you would give me some idea of a time frame to receive my order before you ask me to review tour service. Its been almost 2 weeks since I ordered and still no estimated ship date???

But I EMAIL You Twice and still got NO Answer back about your RV Hand Assisl Rail can it Fold to the Right Over The Door? because I can't Fold it to the Left. But this is what I get from you (Thanks for contacting us! But I did received from you a (email and will respond as soon as we can) and that was on 4/26/2019 still got NO Respond Back today 5/1/2019 My Order was for a entry door lock and it's taking 6 days from Indianapolis IN ? maybe and I was going to order a PD9245C converter from you But the lock I order on 4/26/2019 is still not in my hand yet. So I order it from Best Rv on 4/29/19 and I Got It Today 5/1/2019 and that was from AL so I'm not very happy with your custom service

I recieved my order exactly when they said I would.

i bought rv parts ,23 days later no shippement ,many emails later no response from Rvparts unacceptable

The folks we talk to were very knowledgeable about the product and friendly to deal with great company

I don't know about the quality of the product as five days later, I'm STILL awaiting delivery! Very disappointing!

I ordered my parts a few weeks ago, they have still yet to ship. If I had known it would take a month or more to ship I never would have ordered.

Ordered rv stairs and said would ship in 5 days. Waited and waited nothing. Could not get ahold of. Finally got ahold of someone said would ship on Wednesday. Nope no email or change in order status. Called week later and said it will ship next week. Nope. Cancelled order. Now waiting for refund on credit card. Will be filing a disput and stop pay with credit card company. They said should not have charged till shipped. I will let credit card company go at them as no answer to phone or email from rv parts nation. My advice don't order from them.

THE absolute worst company .. ordered parts in Dec 2018 and got the run around ...IF they answered the phone and emails until today when i finally cancelled my order .

Product as advertised. Worked great. Very pleased with total transaction.

I know I could have waited to send in my review. Why should I wait? I’m tired of waiting! It’s been 7 days and package has not even been shipped much less delivered. Very disappointed with the service here. Will not order again from this place. Sorry but y’all need to get your act together. Must be The under 30 year old people running this place. No work ethic and entitlement to everything instead of discipline and hard work to get things.
