I am a mortgage broker and have dealt with Landbay in the past and recently dealt with them again. Both the BDM - Paula and the underwriter Lucy on my most recent case have been absolutely fantastic and very professional. They are a great lender and their broker portal and systems are easy to use, they are very informative with updates throughout the process and in a very timely manner. Great experience so far.

Amazing experience from start to finish, 2 security properties surrounded by elements of commercial (Garages other outlets) . Due to this i discussed properties with Alex Witham who i must say is fantastic. Alex in turn discussed with underwriters who deemed properties to be acceptable subject to the normal valuers comments. Both applications were offered with in 2 weeks and this was also with a delays caused one of the tenants not there as schedule at physical valuation.
