Very professional sales team including the manager. I bought a secondhand car that works like a dream and the part exchange was fair with no hassle at all. The whole process was done in a very reasonable short time with all their promises fulfilled to a high standard. It is a shame that I do not live near to get my car service in the same Suzuki branch.

Avoid john banks like covid the service is poor even the service department is rude and ignorant what a joke of a service

United Kingdom | 12 August 2021Vehicle Jazz EX 6 years old. Rear headrests and load cover had to be replaced as not in the vehicle. Replacements not to spec for that Jazz and rear wiper blade cover replaced as was missing. Part not fitted properly as came off on first time of use. It had been put on with Blu-tack. I have since replaced cover and all good. Like the car but gutless. Just a runabout. Car was cleaned well inside and out. Have replaced all interior floor mats, as the drivers mat badly worn, with rubber ones. Much better. Maybe the next vehicle will be a Honda too. Its called Hettie.
