The staff is wonderful! Preston in the warehouse was exceptional! Quality control of the furniture is poor. Even though the furniture comes to Coconis from outside sources, sometimes taking several weeks to come in. When it comes in damaged and then have to wait several more weeks is extremely contradictory to good customer service. I would suggest sending a strong message that the quality control departments of the suppliers need to step up their game. Don't ship something out that they wouldn't want in their own homes.

Our salesperson was very helpful and patient. She knew a lot about the different options available to us. We ended up financing for 6 years! We couldn't believe they let us finance furniture for that long! It was super easy, we love all our new furniture, and we would definitely go back to Coconis once we pay off our purchase.

I went to the South Zanesville store and really enjoyed looking at the wide variety of couches and accessories. Great and knowledgeable customer service and no high pressure sales. They had a nice play area for the children which I also liked. I have bought from them in the past and will continue to do so, even though I live an hour away from the store.

I purchased a dining room table, and I couldn’t be happier! The table was the last of its kind, and available at a super low price. The service department even fixed a few minor cosmetic issues with the chairs before delivery. I couldn’t be happier! The salespeople are genuine and helpful, not pushy at all. They work to help you find what is perfect for your space and your existing decor!
