I love your furniture store. I love your selection and the people have always been great.

A pleasant experience considering we were spending lots of money and had special needs to consider - my husband likes a soft bed, I like a harder one, my husband is always cold and I am always too hot. We ended up with a split king - like two twin beds strapped together - amazing temperpedic mattresses with 3 inches of memory foam, his was soft, my was harder and mine had a cooling factor. Both sides go up and down at head and feet so my husband is happy with his head propped up and I am loving being flat on a great firm mattress. Loved our sales person, Emily Davis. She had wonderful patience as we tried out the many options. And lastly, our delivery men were great - called to ask if they could come early, which was more convenient, and did a very careful, thorough job of setting everything up. Would definitely go back to Coconis (had visited several places before picking this store and read many reviews - was impressed too that Coconis had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I am so overwhelmed by the friendly staff especially Hannah and the delivery guys were amazing my furniture was delivered today and it's amazing. So scared that the swivel chair I ordered was not going to match and thanks to Hannah it did. I will always buy everything from Coconis Furniture...

We have shopped at Coconis for years. We love the Flex Steel furniture. Customer Sales Rep. was excellent and patient with us. Our only problem was the check out procedure, way too time consuming. I would think that in this time period you would be more computerized with the check out and your sales people would not have to do all by handwriting tickets (between 20 and 30 minutes of us just waiting to check out. Hopefully our new furniture we be received in the time period that was quoted. Thank you. Chris

Angie did an amazing job! I never felt pressured to buy and she wanted to make sure it was what we wanted. She was very patient with us and we even took samples home to make sure it was going to match. I can’t wait to see my new couch! Thank you Angie for an awesome experience!
