I was disappointed that you don't remove the old furniture from the room. I had to find someone to do that before you would delivery my new one, which made it hard for me. I almost went some where else to buy my recliner. I have been a loyal customer for years.

Danny was our salesman and he was awesome! He was so personable and he really made the sale. He did not follow us around which was so important to us. He asked us what we were looking for and pointed us in that direction. My husband and I hate to be followed around and pressured by a sales person. We found a couch we really liked and have placed the order for two couches and a recliner. So far so good with Coconis and we hope once the furniture is ordered the stars will remain the same.

It doesn’t matter which of the sales staff you connect with at Coconis furniture they are all very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. The owner Bo is always very helpful. We have dealt at a lot of furniture stores over the years, Coconis is the best we have found. We highly recommend.

Furniture in display not in stock. 2 week lead time for the items purchased. Also, had a line of credit, and store "switched" banks. Now, the line of credit is gone and we would need to re apply with new bank.

We absolutely love our mattress and adjustable base from Coconis! Our daughter’s entire room is also furnished from Coconis Furniture and we always get compliments from our family and friends!

ROGER, OUR SALESPERSON was so wonderful. He was kind, informative, certainly knew what he was talking about. We spent a lot of time wit him and he was patience, understanding all our questions. I truly believe we bought a few extra items because he was so good. He checked out a lot of things for us ex. if something was in stock/ was something discontinued. My husband wants a picture for his birthday and before I come I will find out if Roger Crites is available. We cant wait till Sat. when furniture arrives!

We stopped in your store for the first time. Was greeted by Danny Madden. Very nice sales assoc. Not pushy in the least. Had he been we would have left. Instead we looked around, looked Danny up a few times with questions then proceeded to purchase about $2,000.00 of merchandise. WOW! We only stopped to look. We are remodeling our home and will be back to purchase more furniture with Danny because of your selection, quality, service, knowledge, and the way we were allowed to roam the store without a pushy salesperson following us. Great job! Will definately recommend you to others.

They made choosing a mattress easy.. Can’t wait to get my new mattress .. Love the new pillows! We stopped at a few other stores before going to Coconis in South Zanesville and they were by far the most knowledgable!!
