We went to two Coconis locations in Zanesville, Each time the sales reps were thoughtful and helpful to us. When we made a purchase of three pieces, the delivery crew were on time, helpful, and protected our haome interior from damage. We are very happy with Coconis.

Finally found a furniture store with non-massive seating dimensions. Roger C., our salesman, was excellent. Didn't hover, but was always close by if we had a question. We took several weeks to decide and re-visited many times, but he never pushed us. Office staff was efficient and friendly. Over all a very good experience. Highly recommend Coconis.

The service was very professional. I was able to purchase the chair I wanted with no problems. The sales person was polite, right to the point, and I was in and out in just a few minutes.
