Everyone we dealt with was courteous ,knowledgeable,and patient. They were more than happy to answer or find answers to any questions. We appreciate their help and will go back when we want or need something again.

No company is perfect. Neither am I. Coconis Furniture does it's best to provide quality products and quality customer service to back them. We have purchased there before this and we will purchase there again. Obviously, there are lots of furniture stores out there to choose from, but we have found the Coconis Family and are very happy about that.

Very pleased with furniture displays. Also, appreciated being able to look at furniture ourselves without being followed constantly. But, sales persons were available to answer questions and explain options as we tried to make final choices.

Sales woman was very helpful. Just wish someone had suggested the 29.99 assembly for the porch chairs I purchased. We were picking them up ourselves and when my daughter and I got there all four chairs were in parts in one huge box. One petite young woman came out from the office to help us. Sales person and the person who did the check out both told me about the 100 delivery fee or protection/delivery fee, but not the assesmbly help.

The staff are always very courteous and helpful made for a great experience!!! Love my couch!

What we liked was the salesperson we bought from wasn’t in, but would still get credit. The best thing is a salesperson let us know they were available and if they could help us please let them know, but they didn’t hover while we looked. Then when we decided what we wanted they were right there. Unfortunately there was a 6 week wait from the manufacturer as there was none in stock. We weren’t crazy about waiting so they made other suggestions. But we really wanted what we had selected, so we purchased something else for immediate use and ordered what we wanted. Everyone was helpful, as someone had our purchased items ready to take to our vehicle, while the salesperson wrote up the order. Also, the person was right there to take the items to the vehicle. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Purchased furniture here many times. I always enjoy looking. Laken answered all of our questions and left us to browse free. The only drawback was it's taking 6 to 8 weeks to get the furniture .

We’ve been shopping at Coconis for years now. We always go back. Could we get cheaper funrniture, maybe..... I said maybe. But could we get the amazing customer service, no. Could we get the quality, no. Could we get the selection, no. We have purchased living room furniture, our bed, and furniture for our kids rooms! Delivery is quick and professional. They are so careful. And when we had an issue with one of the couches( yes one of because we’ve purchased a few now)they came and picked it up, repaired it, and delivered it back! At no charge! We love Kim! She is so good at what she does. And always knows exactly what I want! A couple times we have had to shop on her day off (yes we know her days off) but Harry was amazing as well! We always feel like family. They know our story. They ask about our boys. They remember us and never fail to thank us! Coconis you’re the best!
