i have bought a lot of things one time i had something go wrong they came and fixed it right away

Its sad that you only give Vets a 2% discount that's a slap in the face of Veterans all over

The price discount was good. The delivery folks were prompt, professional, careful and friendly. The salesman was a little scattered. When we called the main store because we did not get a call back confirming that our mattress came in the lady was rather "short" with my wife and then did the same to me later. She sort of hung up on my me as well. THAT I did NOT appreciate at all. We have purchased a lot of furniture from your store and that behavior on the phone may change our shopping location.

HARRY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TOANSWER OUR QUESTIONS AND GET THE BEST DEAL. MY HUSBAND HAS DIFFICULTY WALKING AND APPRECIATED THE LITTLE SCOOTER THAT WAS AVAILABLE.

Initially we just stopped in to browse around however, we ended up leaving with having purchased living room furniture! Excited to have it delivered and can't wait until it arrives.

This is the only place we will buy our furniture from. Even though the usual person who helps us was off this time, the gentleman who helped us this time was just as helpful and friendly too!

Sales person was really helpful in finding just what we wanted. She was friendly and put us a ease. No high pressure sales.

I would recommend Anita as your sales representative. Helping you to find the right color, size and style. This was over months of visits with no pressure from Anita. I am very satisfied with the three rooms I completed. When the furniture was delivered,  Pete and Justin were polite and seemed like they enjoyed their job. They worked well together. They explained details of the furniture and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the placement of the furnture.

Overall good service. The delivery service called when they said they would but when my wife answered the phone, there was noone on the other end of the phone. The delivery man said there should have been at least an automated message. In the end, The item was delivered within the 2 hour window of time selected.

Extremely helpful had a problem though when ordering a certain material for a couch however sales person caught it quickly and already had out new samples and or original patterns by the time we walked back in and within 10mins we were walking back out and problem solved. Great laid back but helpful service no one is pushy and everyone seems very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend this company to any one and will for sure shop here again. Also extremely good pricing and financing as compared to competitors

Our sales person was not pushy, but very helpful. When we had questions about the material an knowledge of the furniture. She went over an above helping us find a couch an chair for our new home. We were quite picky w/ our choice of material due to our 80lb. Fur shedder, an she was there for all the no, I don't think that will work. . . . . . . . Until we found the perfect material. Thanks ! ! !

Our experience was a very good one, as all the other times we have dealt with Coconis. Anita Bell was the associate that helped us & she went above & beyond to get our piece for us from the Newark store. We are pleased with the piece & will continue to purchase furniture from here.

Customer service was fine. Prices on high side. But where im truely disappointed is the time it takes to reecieve it. 2 weeks. You dont have to wait 2 weeks for anything now days. And i know of some are that are waiting 3 weeks plus. Are you kidding me ? I drop almost 5 grand on furniture i shouldnt have to wait but a few days for the stuff not in stock.
