Excellent...love, love love the leather furniture. The king adjustable bed is also high on our approval list! Great buying experience, no high pressure sales but the salesman stayed close enough to answer any/all questions that arose. The kids also enjoyed the shopping experience and were welcomed with open arms. A+ score from me! 👍🏼

Gene Jones, the sales agent that helped us with our purchase was well informed about the products we were interested in. He was very helpful in making sure we picked the right bed frames and mattresses that would help us get the results we wanted. He also took his time with us letting so think & decide what we wanted. I have dealt with the Coconis Store for years. They are my number one place to buy furniture of all types. I highly reccommend them!

Sorry I ever walked into your establishment. My wife had to assist the sales man on "your" computer system on how to find and order our furniture, the salesman was clueless. Plus we were told that our furniture was covered by dog scratches, LIE!!! So we have brand new furniture with scratches on it that we can't do anything about. We did receive a $250 gift certificate for the miscommunication. We recently purchased a king size mattress. It was delivered and our old mattress picked up.... However, when we were making our bed, there was a noticable rip next to the handle. Called customer service, was told they would replace it at no charge. I set up that I could bring the damaged mattress to your Hebron location and pick up my replacement mattress. I loaded up the mattress, took it to Hebron, to find out that they have no clue on where my mattress was. I was told that it was in a truck somewhere. Was promised by the clerk, not the manager (who was showing no remorse or concern about the situation) that I would have my new mattress that day. At this point I had no mattress. Per the clerks promise our mattress showed up with a few hours. The manager had not much to say at all, I don't think he actually did. The clerk handled the situation like a pro. I can't wait to pay off this account and wash my hands clean of Coconis completely.

I had a great experience with Coconis when I was looking for a dining room table. The process was so quick and Anita was great to work with.

I chose a couch but when it was delivered the guys said it wouldn’t fit through our door. The delivery people were able to make this assessment without trying or even measuring the door or couch. So I returned to the store to choose another couch, being told that the couch I choose must come apart into 2 pieces to fit through the door. At the store none of the sales people knew which couches would come apart but after some research was only given 3 couches to choose from. After choosing a couch I really didn’t like, it was delivered and low and behold did not in fact come apart!! But did in fact fit through the door!!

I ordered a complete living room suit and end tables. My end table had a small piece of wood inside of compartment broken and I called customer service and it was handled very promptly and no hassles and my new end table came within a week. No extra delivery charge!!!!

Coconis is the best furniture place I have found. No matter what I am looking for, there is always something I want!

I ordered a recliner with a different material than shown on the display chair. They told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in. It is being delivered tomorrow, 19 days after i ordered it, much sooner than expected, this made me quite happy. They have a large fabric and color choice available, and i found a paisley print that fit my requirements.

Great treatment from Gene. Was a little disappointed that there was an offer for 2 free pillows if an adjustable base bed was purchased however ours was the only one omitted from the promotion.

I love my new sectional and the purchasing process was very easy. It was a special order and took less time than I had planned but that didn't create any problems. My 2 complaints are: the delivery guys tracked in a little dirt on my light carpet from cutting thru the yard to get to my front door (I let it dry, used a brush and then vacuumed a couple times so it's hardly noticeable) and I felt that there should have been some kind of follow-up by my salesperson after my furniture was delivered. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

My sales rep was pushy and apparently on drugs. When I asked him to leave me alone and I would buy something. He continued to stop back and bug me and my wife. He then told me all my items would be in stock within a week. Then they told me my bed and one of sofas were in and I said just deliver my bed and deliver my 2 sofas together. Nope they sent 1 sofa and my bed together. So needless to say I had way to much furniture in my front room. On top of that they sent me the wrong bed. So I had to go through that process of getting it returned and exchanged. On top of that my second sofa was a 8 week wait. After all of this and all the money I spent there was nothing offered for my terrible experience.
