Salesman was very patient and courteous, my only detraction from a great experience was that I could get no assistance on the removal of a old piece of furniture from my home.

Lisa Gamble was my salesperson and she was very helpful and professional. I have not received my purchase yet but so far I am satisfied.

Mattress purchase. Felt like a bait & switch. Went into the store to shop. Sales person stated that there was a "sale" through next day. We found a set that we liked. Asked if we could have a price printout with a STD frame and one with a powered frame. The power frame option was $600. We left the store to think about it overnight. We decided to go for the powered frame. Went back on Mon. to purchase. While completing the paperwork, was informed that the power option was misquoted. It wasn't $600 but $1298! We have made other purchases here in the past without issue. This just didn't feel right. Honest mistake...maybe. Just be careful double triple check before decide on the product.

I would like to say that Mrs Ruhe was very Professional in knowing her furniture that I purchased on April 14th, I was in your store twice that day, and she was very helpful in my selection both times. Mrs Ruhe is a very valuable employee to your company, and I will return for future purchases.

Our salesman was very helpful and gave us a lot of information that helped us make our furniture decisions. He was thorough and careful to include us in the paperwork process. The store is very nice, uncluttered but great volume and offerings.

We bought a dresser. We actually picked it up in hindsight we should have Coconis deliver it. Man was it heavy. Loved our shopping experience. No pressure, that's what my husband and I both like. Prices are affordable. Great, well-made furniture. Definitely will return when looking for additional furniture. I gladly give Coconis a 5 star rating. Our sales associate should get a 10. Aimee was such a great help to us. Customer service is everything and she has it.
