I went in looking for a mattress for my parents and I needed it very soon my parents are from out of town and I wanted them staying with us and not in a hotel or sleeping on a air mattress that stinks for older people,I spoke with Roger Crites and he was very helpful and understanding to my concerns and I can't think him enough for helping me.

Salesman was wonderful and helped me choose the right mattress for me. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. However, am disappointed I cannot have the mattress delivered the week I bought it as they have none in their warehouse.

Our Serta mattress "fell in" after 18 months of use. We went to Coconis Store and told them what had happened. They sent a representative from Mattress First within a few days to our home. He measured it and took several pictures. Within a couple of days we received a phone call ato come to the store and pick our a new mattress. It was a good experience overall. We ended up buying an adjustable base which cost a little more than our original mattress but we are happy with that too !!

Excellent customer service. Our sales person was knowledgeable and not too pushy. Answered questions that we had and gave information to help us on the merchandise we were looking at.
